At Coveris, we believe that nurturing young talent is key to driving innovation and excellence in the print and packaging industry.
This year, we are incredibly proud to announce that three of Coveris’ bright stars have been recognised in the prestigious Printing Charity’s Rising Star Awards. Open to 18-30-year-olds across the industry, these awards celebrate the potential of young British talent and provide invaluable support for their professional development.
Congratulations to:
- Beth Raven, Supply Chain Compliance Manager, Coveris
- Connor Lonsdale, Estimator/ Commercial Analyst, Coveris
- Cayla Blandin De Chalain, Repro Graphics Assistant, Amberley Labels (Part of the Coveris Group)
Thanks to The Printing Charity, the winners will benefit from trainings to facilitate their professional development and continued learning over the next year. This opportunity will equip them with new skills, insights, and experiences to help them excel in their roles.
Beth expressed her excitement, saying: “I’m incredibly honoured to be recognised in the Rising Star Awards. This opportunity allows me to expand my knowledge and further develop my career within Coveris, which has been such a supportive environment for growth.”
Celebrating success at the House of Lords
The winners recently attended a Rising Star Awards ceremony at the House of Lords in London, where they celebrated alongside fellow awardees and networked with industry leaders. It was a day filled with inspiration, new connections, and a shared passion for the future of print and packaging.
Looking ahead
Over the coming year, Beth, Cayla and Connor will participate in a variety of training sessions designed to enhance their skills and knowledge. They will be gaining valuable experience that will not only benefit them but will also contribute to Coveris’ ongoing success.
